I urgently am trying to source a Panasonic Refrigerator Model No. NR-BW414XN. I ordered one from Harvey Norman but they messed up the delivery and offered us the 415 model instead but we do not want this and want the older NR-BW414XN model. Anyone know where I can get hold of one?

why would you prefer the older model when the newer 415 model has better features? also, the door handle of the 414 and the previous model series is prone to colour fade. it's a manufacturing flaw which is why it is not surprising the latest models incorporate recess handle at the side of the door instead.

You can search for th display set at shops. But it will take time.

look around ESH, Senq, HSL even panashop. they still might have 414 or 464 model.

Thanks for the replies. Reason was that the newer model comes in champagne colour only, preferred the stainless steel look. Wasn't aware of the handle colour fading. Not sure what new feature the 415 has but I actually prefer the swing door freezer section than the pull out drawer even thought this seems to be the new design standard coming from Japan. The 415 has also slightly different dimensions than the 414 which my kitchen cabinets has been designed around. I'll try and call those shops KIntos.
