lol...last time i would say yes to whatever they offer...after i work i feel i am so underpaid and unmotivated

then if next time i've been ask this question i sure will tell them ...i demand at least rm2.5k for fresh grad....but after EPF and SOCSO cut also left 2.2k ...oklar for fresh grad

1.I dont have house and car and i am in the middle of saving to own them with low salary this wont be achievable
2. I still have X amount of student loan to repay...if with low salary after i pay for all of this etc stuff i have no saving left. (How am i going to live wont be ask pocket money from parent again?)
3. I work in order to save for my future ...so these are the reason why i demand a higher pay.

these are what i can think of for now...yet my last interview they ask me what criteria am i looking in a job ...i straight say a well paid job. LOL the HR manager also say ya true everyone also looking for one....

if they ask me why, what should i say? because i wanted to send them a thank you letter?

I got job interview with Maybank under position Account Officer/Account Manager.  The main thing that I'm so nervous about this interview is I have veryl little knowledge about account since I'm business economics graduate. So, any advise on how I can survive this interview?

Being too honest telling my flaws -.-, apparently that is very bad for interviewers but i just want to tell them what i'm bad at before going further.

I guess that's the wrong strategy there.

As i know, there is a session where the interviewer will ask us for any questions to them. What is the question that we should ask or not to ask?
(is it the question that we ask will affect our application?) thanks =)

I had just get into 2nd interview today, however for the whole interview section, they didnt touch on about the pay as well as company benefit, and they just said up will have internal discussion den just contact me up if i got the offer.

Is this mean that, i am not getting the chance for the job offer, or there will have another interview for me?

can i answer to a question of

Q: what is your current salary
A: RM XXXX

Q: I need a copy of your pay slip as well
A: I believe that is confidential

just to share, personally when i am interviewing others, i love to see the face expression and expect calmness when i ask  these questions e.g.:

1. if your current boss provide u a blank cheque and ask u to fill in any numbers just to get hold of u, what would u do?

2. what u think about urself? what do other think about u?

3. our company might not be able to pay u as high in $$$$, but maybe can fit into your requirement to have a challenging environment and guaranteed progressing path. Would u be interested by then?

4. why shall i pay u that amount u requested? brief me.......

Any of you came across such question and how u reacted? 

I heard if we wear a spectacle during interview, it will give interviewer an impression that we are smarter, is this true?

Anyone can explain what's mean by training bond?

dont know if this is mentioned before but how many questions are there usually in a face to face interview?

and is it odd that i've just been scheduled for an interview 3 weeks from now?
