Tq dear for your response.
Yeah during interview they still asked me and there form also where i need to filled up my expected salary.
Then there go a question about what is your future plan. I almost silent that time. I dont know what shoyuld i tell them... in my mind the mission is to "go get the pay that suit your experience and age because now you ae far away left behind by other friends and family"
I believe it's important to tell them what's your expected salary. If you ask interviewer what they pay for xx position, some might want to 'press' your salary and name you a lower salary. I'm not saying everyone will do the same but it's just a possibility. So might as well name your expected salary and negotiate from there.
Well it depends on position. I think when you have reached... somewhere in a managerial position, you must be equipped with certain skills. So probably the previous interviewer meant that he needs someone experienced to handle whatever the job requires him/ her to do.
As for your future plans, Google some suitable replies and modify them based on your own situation.

haa one more thing I always dont know what to ask them back during interview? just let them ask me and lupa to ask them hihihi.. what type of question that I can ask?
my interview with and MLM company mention that i had to stayback up to 12 night few time in a month and have about 15-20 travelling time per month at ctrl and outstation area. So has to sacrifice some of my weekend in a month. But no OT claim or travelling allowances (but they will pay for food and hotel lorr) and only a replacement day. If stayback work until night (at least until 10 pm) they have a hardship allowance RM20. Hmm is it worth it?
Honestly, I don't like to use my weekend on work, especially if I can't claim. If it happens once in a blue moon then it's fine. Since the company is open enough to tell you what to expect, weigh the pros and cons. Check if you really WANT to do this. If you believe you can take it and accepted the job, don't complain when the tough gets going because you should have expected it, right? The interviewer communicated to you that you need to do xx and you're not getting paid for yy. So think it over and decide wisely.
Personally, I think the amount paid are low for the hours spent on working.
