i don't think icare fucuk them, icare only take note on your issue and they just forward whatever you have complaint to the SA only.

End up your SA need to follow up and explain to you only. Honestly from my hearts and my experience...

iCare just a Proton Malaysia Customer services and their roles is to re divert your complaint to the respective branch or person who handle your request.

Bro, 2nd escalation level would be your Dealer or SA.

If 2nd escalation level cannot resolve your query, you may request them to escalate to 3rd escalation level, but before they escalate to 3rd level, icare will seek advise from 2nd escalation level.

Let me share out, there was an issue happened to my little bro last time when he bought a Peugeot 206 from Naza. The car engine damaged due to the Water goes into the engine. The car was pull back to the workshops and Service Manager refused to absorbs the repair cost of RM 14,000. He said that water damaged was due to the flood on the road.

We found out that the issue was because there is a air sucktion pipes for the air filter built under the car, sucktion pipes suck the air to the air filter, it will deliver the air to the engine also. End up we suspect that this air sucktion pipe was the root caused of the water go in to the engine and damage the engine.

My bro complaint that issue to ther Naza Customer Service Hotline.
He call everyday to get the status, but the Customer Service try to ignore this.

End up, i beh tahan because of the case pending for about 1 month, i draft and send an email to their GM Mr. Samson to highlight the issue and the warrantly claim.

In the end, we manage to 90% warranty for the car engine. 10% paid by own because of the engine gas, engine oil service + labour charge.

Bro, correct me if i am wrong, what is in my mind and what is apply to my current company,
iCare will act as a communication channel as well as recording your query and create your case number. what is good on icare is, you can retrieve back whatever you have log to them as a proved and this is very useful when you submit to your courts.

And they end, in case there is a big issue, their big boss can retrieve back from the system about the issue you have log.

I think, this is one of the issue we should highlight and log a case to iCare also since we a new on this. Once we got reply from iCare, we should keep this black and white email as a proved.

Touch words, if such happen, we can take back our black and white and argue with them.

Seem like your father friend (SA) pretended don't know what is happening.

Ask your father to ask his SA friend to talk to the respective SA who got the car.

Otherwise, request for cancellation and transfer to the showroom where they could provide the car for you.

i fucuk the bank & my SA this morning because of pending my loan and my JPJ registration.

My SA said will deliver my car this evening. Let see whether can get or not, if not sure i will continue fucuk their branch manager.

Sorry guy, today my hearts really not happy at all even that my SA told me that he will deliver my car this evening....

They plan to reject my Girl Saga BLM 2 years extended warranty program, because of left out 1 chop in the service booklet.

The cost to replace SAGA BLM TCU =RM 3400.
