Kinda hard, because

No.1, who's gonna pay for the website? the club (which is financed by members)
No.2, who's gonna pay for the stickers? the club (which the members will pay back)
And perhaps other events such as outing, when it is more convenient to book avenues using the club.

The whole point of setting up the club endorsed by ROS, is to create a legal entity to represent the members, such as in the matters of money.

at least that one is closed group, so not so visible.

abit too far thinking abt outing anyway oni wpc ppl like outing only coz they go ramai2 wit family and all.. bujang ppl outing means genting

thts y i dun really support the idea of website. coz there is additional cost involve. i see there is ntg wrong using lowyat.net as out base of operation

Agreed. These are the basic core structure of any club I think. For the AJK maybe best to divide by region since our LYN member were all scattered throughout Malaysia.

Kinda agreed with u there bro. We may can just claim that this is some sort of leisure club where our main activity would be like family gathering, weekend convoy, or School Holiday Gathering only

The thing is, once the club is up & running, to do all sort of those activities we will need a bit of ready stock money. I don't think we can rely on proton to sponsor us for every event we created. That is why I think we may still need to appoint apparently-dummy yet fully functional treasurer... I think so laa. What do u guys think?

But when doing certain things as a club, like bulk printing 200 stickers, you want the supplier to bill 200 members?
