I bought KLCC view in 2011. Disappointed that the view will be blocked by Arte. But perhaps it could be a blessing in disguise as Arte is commercial ie office blocks and this means good rental market?

Arte is selling as soho. More for residential. Doubt people will use as office. Good part about arte, private lift. Bad part about arte, leasehold. If they can deliver as per artist impression, it will be good but somehow, the way malaysian folks run the serviced residence, it is still not up to mark.

people generally go for KLCC view..u may not think too much of the view but as an investor u have to think like the general population..

Yeap. Can rent better with KLCC View. And tenants like foreign expat definitely dont mind pay more for better view.

Yea. Myself & aunt went to sales gallery since last mid year. They told us limited units available so asked us to book it fast, but ended up not consider it due to the main access, bit dalam n saw mamak nearby.

Till now stil yet to sold out. The launch of arte & block view news definitely wil affect their sales too.
