direct call, smart stay and smart alert are the best feature for me


hope samsung will continue implementing them on their next phones, not exclusively for s3

because attracted by the "cheaper" price. if dun mind about contract its ok actually


i dun like contract, so after i bought my phone i straight sign up the plan separately without contract

hope samsung will make wireless charging with all possible future models.....not only the s3

or to make it more accurate, make the wireless charging backplate available for more upcoming models

you can charge other phones on it.....provided if samsung release a compatible backplate for the model

1) no comment about this. different people got different habits

2) we have wifi transfer for that

3) no comment about this as well. but for me i prefer the port to be at bottom instead of side like my HOX now, feels nicer to hold. and i dun get what you mean by rotate your phone 180 degrees?

4) er i not sure how this will happen. but for most people, if you wanna pick up your phone of course you are close to the phone to pick it up, and if you're able to pick it up, the cable should be long enough to reach your ears as well. unless you got superpower the phone can fly to your hand .

or u might be talking about the scenario where the phone is charging on the floor. this i can understand, because the cable lenght won't be long enough if you wanna stand and talk. but then, since you need to bend down to take the phone oso, y not just sit and talk

and this i'm not too sure about it, correct me if i'm wrong, constantly charging (stop and then charge again in short period) will shorten the batt life


unplugging cable and putting the phone back to dock.....both seems to be an equally "convenient" move for me

companies only look at normal users. not enthusiast like us

for us, we gain more from hardware specs instead of stock software

honestly how many people out there use voice control? as in normal usage, like on the streets. IMO it looks pretty dumb for me. haven't spot any1 doing that yet

if lets say you're driving then its fine

the future for voice control, much dumb and anti social people around us. imagine people talking to their phone only

anyway since voice control nowadays basicly communicates to a server to return result, it ain't really "intelligent" yet. need to wait till A.I is a reality

owh u mean driving mode with voice control. then i no idea which phone is that. probably is fruit brand because i once saw that if you connect iphone to your car via bluetooth, siri will work as well

but how long it take for society to accept this transition? 5 years? 10 years? AFAIK many people who buy smart phone nowadays din even fully utilize its usage

and i dun agree with u about the malu to show off part, i use my new phone on the streets and infront my friends like a boss

different case for voice control.....

mentioned before, until its reliable like iron man's jarvis

32gb is more than enough for normal users


those who need more storage are going to fully utilize the phone multimedia capability. like putting in tons of movies, tv shows etc

before s3 release. u guys can start preorder casing for the phone edi

i've decided to get the phone, after much consideration

been reading through and watching videos of previews and reviews

smart alert, smart stay and direct call are features i liked the most. have to admit no other phone offer this kind of functionality (in stock form)

the blue colour kind of attract me as well, have a very special tone to it. but i still kinda not satisfied with the back design, maybe a casing will solve it


and price of HOX dropping very fast, if i dun sell it now, i'm in for more loss

not yet. plan to sell it on next week, bundle with my beats headset and 2 casing, so can fetch higher price a bit.

a guy manage to sell his exchanged set for 1.6k. so i guess mine should fetch around 1.4k
