That was a mixed review on that specific BEKO model. Regards the AFTER-SALE-SERVICE of any goods we bought (as an example) doesn't matter it range from audio/video, furniture, automobile, handphone, personal computer, home appliances & kitchen appliances is very much depends on the service provide by the importer & the sole distributor of the specific country. The appointed distributor should be more responsive to get BEKO to take action. Check more in-depth in that particular site review, not only BEKO got the condemn but other much popular brand like MIELE, LG, MAYTAG, BOSCH, AEG and many more also been condemned. So, how genuine are those complaints, we really don't know???

We understand that BEKO and many other brand (the original manufacturer) will require their appointed distributor to carry the after-sale-service duty for their responsible country or region. Here in Malaysia, the after-sale-service & products distribution is in-charge by Pacifica Appliances (link is here to their website http://pacifica.my/). As we already knew of their good reputation and fast responsive after-sale-service from Pacifica Appliances that carry a few brand like PACIFIC, PACIFICA, PHI, ZEPHYR, BEKO, BERTAZZONI, BAUMATIC and others. Pacifica Appliances appearance in the market is more than 15 years specialised in all household products.

BEKO is a good brand regards to the white-goods quality and popularity that have the market status equivalent to other European player like BOSCH, SIEMEN, MIELE, ELECTROLUX, FAGOR, INDECIT, MAYTAG just to named a fews.

BEKO appearance in Malaysia do give Malaysia white-goods consumer market another alternative to have a good European quality products but with the relevant ASIAN brand pricing. Majority of our customers that already bought the BEKO appliances from us knew this brand name and quality prior to their purchase. With the warranty and after-sale-service carried by Pacifica Appliance did help convinced themselves.
