i called hyundai helpline yesterday.. and was told i am 1687th on queue and 65th for hyper silver.. book date 30th April..

i think i will hibernate..

nope.. mine is 1.6HS.. thought i heard wrongly when she told me that i am 1687th.. felt like wanna knock myself unconcious for 2months before waking back up..

she said waiting time for lesser chosen colours is 3-4 months.. since i've already waited a month, hibernate 2 months should be enough kua... hahaha

long story la.. almost got myself a 2nd hand '07 civic d but last minute change back to elantra.. thats y booked late

nothing special.. more to do with timing than anything else..
i liked both.. pre-owned civic costs much lesser than a brand new elantra.. since its the first time ive bought a car, cheaper one would be more desirable. but the problem is that i will have to wait till end of the year to get the car transferred to me because the current owner is my father's friend who is currently overseas and will only be back end of the year.. cant wait that long as i kinda need a new car urgently due to personal reasons.

besides, i know someone who bought a pre-owned civic and complained ever so frequently on how pricey it is to upkeep and service an out of warranty honda.. thats the last thing id wish to be burdened with.. so elantra it is
