Can I upgrade my streamyx from 512k to 1m tru online ?

I don't think so.
Their online service system is lousy.

I try upgrade but the only option the system show is upgrade Enterprise package!
I write a email to complaint and they said they were sorry and will fix it soon until now.

Just go to any TMNET clicker to upgrade like I did. It's free and fast.

Yea, I browsed through the site and the only options are the Enterprise and Cooperate packages.

Go to the clicker, and just tell them I wanna upgrade ? Need to fill form or not ? How long it takes to upgrade from 512k to 1m ?

Just go and tell them.
They give you form to fill.
Remember form need to sign by the telephone line owner and streamyx owner(if different person).

ME, After 2 week still waiting until now.

no, u cant upgrade online. me recently upgrade mine from RM44 to RM66. Submitted the form on Thurs afternoon & activated new package on Sat morning. quite efficient. im satisfied with their speed (not Streamyx, i mean their staff). u will need:
1) to fill up a form & sign by the Streamyx account owner
2) a photocopy I/C of the account holder (front & back)
3) a latest copy of your Streamyx bill for verification purposes

that's all.

i think he meant IC of the account holder.

You can also ask any streamyx agent to upgrade it for you too..I'm not sure how they go..But , its possible

I heard 512k can upgrade to 1Mbps RM77 with modem,isit true??
im on 512k paying rm77 with modem now.

I thought that promotion is only for new subscibers? Did tmnet allow such upgrade? I think it's only possible if you re-register.

Yeah , if you cancel and re-register. Then they allow you

But again you would lose your port and if your area is in high demand for streamyx. You could say goodbye...to streamyx and wait for new batch of ports to be installed

got.. i did it by asking a dealer.. they can help u.. i got mine done in 3 days.. ( i muz be lucki)

Go lowyat lvl 3 House Of Internet there and upgrade ur streamyx la...they process ur application on the spot...u need to bring ur ic for photostate only...even u are not the acc holder u oso can upgrade hehe
