I can't seem to pre-purchase from the official site.
Using paypal for my debit card which have RM220 in it, it always returned to me : "An error occurred finalizing your purchase" Can anyone help? |

Yeah, my card is verified and I can confirm it's working because I just bought a game from Steam a few days ago...I'll try adding more money.
