250ms-300ms is good for most class except mesmer if you're trying to interrupt this and that....

anyway, i'll probably wait until the boxed version available in anyway (amazon.com, retailer here, etc....). just cant be asked to download 20GB of installation files...

i instead don't mind ArenaNet taking their time in developing the game to perfection. at least it gives me time to upgrade my rig....

rush the game, and you'll get what happen to D3 now.... surely we don't want that...

your game will survive that latency, no problem....

your ISP may be, but my ISP 250ms-350ms...

Added on June 24, 2012, 1:15 pmwell it is a "stress test" , not for enjoyment... 4 hours is sufficient to see how well or bad their servers perform when stretched thin under heavy conditions. just like when you do a prime95 stress test on your PC, where one hour is sufficient...

err... wait, so there will be dedicated server for your particular character ? i thought it was just a pool of servers, and they fill you in there until it is full, and the next one who log in will be logged to the next server in the pool, no ?

i was looking for Gw2 client and found a torrent link on piratebay.se, at the time it was 13GB in size... after finished downloading using torrent, i went updating the client.. after finished updating i notice that the Gw2.dat file itself is already 16.3GB... i did post a link to the folder screenshot few posts back....
