I more to pve type of player,

Guardian is good but warrior has higher survival personally though
cause Warrior with Rifle/bow can run and shoot,
guardian range has lower damage than Warrior did

Guardian purely defensive type playing
run around mostly for group mob mob
Guard average my damage are 50~60
good at self healing and more def but dmg output doesnt much as Warrior can up to 200 critical if you got lot of critical
Warrior is fun like hard shell Ranger/Thief

Personal Preference
"Warrior> Thief >Guardian">Engineer
>Ranger>Mesmer>Mages

lol i'm totally opposite of ur preference, well mainly because i like playing range dps class.
i usually start off with rangers in every mmo i play, for some reason the mage seems more interesting to me in gw2.

At the moment, im not sure i want the game or not.

It alright, but what i experienced so far does not give me enough reason to buy it on day 1. dry.gif

not everyone likes mmo, it might not suit u, or u're having abit of culture shock if u're new to the genre.
i enjoy mmo game mainly because of community, u get the chance to interact with almost anyone in the server/realm.
this is my 1st BWE and it had met my expectation so far, will have to see how the end game content goes (the gw1 gives me quite abit of confidence)

the PVE dynamic event system is a very nice idea, no typical "kill x mobs, go to x location, gather x things", ks-ing bullshit etc in other mmo

I am guessing i am kinda new to this genre which im not sure whether i just dont like the genre or i have not fully understand what the game can offer.

PvE dynamic event feels like the typical "kill mobs, defend someone and so on" in a very nicely made chain events. Or just like the Hearts events in a chain of events.

No doubt that feels badass, I have been doing something similar too.

Love the 5th skill that push the enemy away. And it feels satisfying when you manage to do that.

Should have gone with ranger instead for the BWE. doh.gif

ermm about the pve thingy, the diff is that gw2 let u complete it with few options, or combination of the activities. also it becomes joint effort when there are players doing the same event nearby, let you feel more like contributing something to the community.
this is something new to me, coming from wow, aion, lineage2, and few others minor mmo's.
