There are more guilds or oceanic/sea communities in other servers just that they most of them announce them in other gw2 fansites, however these are the ones i know for now.

I do remember there are quite some number of SEA guilds and some have mentioned setting them up in the previous GW2 discussion thread. ZeratoS as well mentioned he was planning to set up a team.
Just the same as us, we are looking forward to recruiting members (both casual and competitive).
So just in case for those who aren't interested of the full population in Sea of Sorrows there are other Oceanic and SEA guilds available in other servers.
