From my understanding,

You need to log in from which ever region you bought your game from, example, If you buy from UK, you need to be in UK to be able to log in, once you are logged in you can choose to play with your friends on the EU or NA servers.

If you buy from Malaysia, I'm not sure if you can only logged in from Malaysia or not, I can't test that....but I'm sure you can play with people in EU server or NA server because I've played in both EU and NA server last BWE

you can take example from D3, the price stayed the same before and after launch...same with GW2...price stay the same or go up...will never be cheaper than pre-purchase price

there are ppl playing all over....but for LYN gang mostly Sea of Sorrows(SoS), this is beta only...which server you play does not matter....I myself moving out of SoS next BWE coz it is too congested...very annoying especially when you are playing with a party...once you get into overflow server u can't see them...

most of the items from Digital Deluxe can expire or one time use...not really worth it....jz buy the standard digital or if u got spare cash go for the CE

so far no such announcement has been made, most probably you are caught in the rumor that 3rd party seller started trying to sell their product or get the pre-orders in for the game

with the way the game is looking, it is possible for a late Q4(Nov-Dec) release...this also is just a speculation judging from the way things are after 2 Beta Weekend Events...

totally worth every ringgit spent on this game, not like the stupid D3

for 2 BWE d...every time i tell myself must take more screenshot of WvWvW in action or during big boss event...but every time i got so immersed i totally forgot about them, till when the BWE is over and i looked inside my screenshot folder only i realized...

the beta key contest are very limited, they only give out very little beta keys on BWE2,

i dare to say 99% of the players in BWE are from pre-purchased keys not those contest give aways beta keys

basically if you wanna play just buy the game and join in on BWE3

the game wasn't meant to make you kill mobs pointlessly to level, the best way to level up is go around and explore the whole map, if you encounter a dynamic event then do it, else complete all the hearts, and skills points

some of the bigger dynamic event gives like 2-3k exp if you complete it from start to finish...

1. So far no news on whether we will get a official distributor here or not. If you don't wanna participate in the beta maybe you can wait till the game launch then see if any of the LYN game sellers wanna import it.

2. No news for oceanic server yet, although people in the official forums have raised this suggestion a few times, but so far I've played 2 BWE no problems for latency for me in PvP and PvE, there is some minor delay but really once you started playing it's hardly noticeable

3. GW2 like GW1 is funded by the in game stores for cosmetic items, and future expansion is to be expected.

My impression of the game so far is really good much better than what I've expected, after 2 BWE I can say the immersion of the game is really deep, once you get going time really flies, especially in WvWvW. The PvP aspect of the game is nothing short of pure awesomeness, the PvE part still need some working tho, like in last BWE we found out that the dungeon is really hard to do, and can get boring after a while. One thing good is the game never force you to rush all your way to max level then only let you enjoy the full part of the game, you can take your own sweet time leveling and still fully appreciate the game.

my latency for GW2 BWE2 is 350-480ms, i don't think there will be an IP block for this game..

why not just buy straight from their website?...most of us bought it now coz we wanna play the BWE, and the 3 days head start during the official launch...don't really care for the bonus items in Digital Deluxe, most are time-limited or 1 time use anyway...save the money and get costume in cash shop better XD

This is for Win7 I'm not sure if it will work win XP/Vista

Go to the start menu > type in 'Resource Monitor' > under the Network tab can see gw2.exe when you are playing the game in the TCP Connections, you can see the Latency there

i think most of the people here are in Sea of Sorrows, tho I have transferred to other server to join my guild mates
