Hi, i send Asus z97-a mobo bck to retailer called startec at lowyat because of bend pin cpu socket on 22/10/ 2015, they charge me RM 50 service charges but after they find out the faulty come from misused and not manufacture defect they claim warranty already void n they ask to add another RM50 and total all RM100.Just curious they call me today 26/10/2015 to collect my mobo, they say is one to one exchange.What is mean? I got new,repair with same mobo i send or repair mobo from other user? Because the retailer mentioned they need post the mobo to taiwan...please help me on this curiousity...hee
