he is really friendly as said by Kirie.

been using Rosli Smart rear setup as well..

u need to be really patient as the process might be 1 whole day..

bad xperience with them is when they forgot to tighten some lower arm bolts untill i realize it once reached at home after 250km of driving..

pro is, Rosli can speak Malay, Chinese & Tamil
*
haha, when i called him he speaks Tamil and i thought its an Indian realise reached there only Abang Long ! . He is among seniors around that area.Everyone knows him.

i've been using 3 diff brand for adjustable absorber
1. APM - really rough ride, perform in corner but in straight line not that comfort, really bumpy
2. Hotbits - better then APM in term of bumpiness..
3. Titan - kinda comfort but still better cornering then those 2 above, kinda expensive but u get wht u pay, not bumpy at all, absorb well the roughness of road..

Yeah. The older version look more classy and aggressive then Z33.
Just go to Rosli where you spend less buck and get good responsive damper.
