er...coz there are 2 companies operating pulau payar trip nia

so hotel and tour agents, are well agents for that 2 company nia. so whoever u buy from also is follow that 2 companies go, and sit in the same ferry as everyone else, eating the same food lol

2 companies also go and snorkel at the same place , just that the more expansive one got their own floating platform, and offer buffet there

while the cheaper one no floating platform, and u only get 1 stupid totally not delicious lunchbox

i went for the cheap one around april 2012. not really that crowded that time, but then many coral dai liao. really nothing much to see imo. baby shark got la when around noon time iirc

the expansive one got 1 platform lo, got underwater view also. the cheap one, the food  really sux to the max, but after snorkeling tired liao u will still whallop it lol
langkawi most common sea activities are - pulau payar, island hoping (cheapest) and mangrove. mangrove i never go before so no comment, and i enjoy island hoping more than pulau payar.

but the most well spent is still the sunset dinner cruise. that one not much ppl go because quite expansive, RM250 for 3hours nia, but it's still the best thing i did in langkawi

So the sky bridge still under maintenance? if so its too bad

aiyo, how will people know about your car's fuel consumption? you should know best right? go figure out how much petrol your car consumes every km then multiply the distance to kuala perlis loh. from kl to kuala perlis alraedy 5-6 hours depending how fast you drive. then ferry takes about 1.5 hours to reach langkawi. so all in all you should leave at 3am? not sure about parking.

To all experience langkawi travellers,  i'd like to ask what is the budget if travel from kl to kuala perlis by car? Toll is around rm60, what about fuel for a 1.6 car? Googled but cant find an answer.
Another thing, what time u recommend i depart from kl if i plan to arrive at langkawi around 12pm? N in kuala perlis any tips on where to park my car?  Which is safe n i read some parking area require u to leave ur car keys. Id like to avoid that.
I'll be going on 27/2-2/3, as it is on a working day, will the jetty be crowded? This is my 1st time going there by car.

i love langkawi

becoz : duty free for alcohol, food is ok. as long as got that 2 and got beach, i am a happy man. anyway, langkawi beach ain't that good only, neither do the water is crystal clear too . pulau payar marine life is much much much worse compare to the one at redang (which i went almost 8 years ago anyway)

PS: din't see ur post quoted mine. yea, pulau payar is like located in between penang island and langkawi island. there are many agent selling pulau payar package in langkawi. 1 of the main attractions when visit langkawi la
