Bayern absolutely battered them and were the better side but for some reason, Chelsea once agian had that defend and score through small number of shots! Bayern had 43 shots at goal and 7 on target.

well, if Mueller was not subbed because of injury, Heynckes should get the biggest blame for the failure. There was no point Mueller needed to be subbed. Bayern completely controlled the match, dangerous counter-attack were handled well, and there is no point to park the bus when you're just 1-0 up against Chelsea. Why don't play the possession out or killing the game instead since in midfield Chelsea had already outnumbered since Torres came in, if Chelsea went gung-ho after they conceded, their defence will be very vulnerable and easier for Robbery to break them.

Even without Terry and Ivanovic, Chelsea is still very much stronger in aerial compared to Bayern, park the bus only increasing the chance of Chelsea getting goal from set-pieces. And the only corner gave Chelsea the goal, whereas 20 Bayern's corner did nothing to change the scoreline.

The loss must be hard to be accepted by the lads, they wasted too many chances. But they should be proud of the achievement and performance, it was impressive. Just this time, Chelsea finished the game better. a very entertaining match, great for neutrals

I feel for bayern. U guys were the better team for most part of the game.

But i guess luck was just on chelsea's side.

Bayern wasted too many good scorin chances, drogba equalize in d las minute, bayern missed d penalty in d extra tym, muller n ribery is out,bayern is exhausted, all sign of chelsea winnin this match. n they did won. congratulation for them.

wat i can say bout bayern is, luck isnt with them. or chelsea is full of luck. but bayern play very well except the finishing. too bad, move on, nex is euro.
