what you should do is; printscreen the speed (with full screen; including start menu, clock, etc) and make rant with them.

keep calling them... until they fade-up with you and they can remember your voice and name very well.

keep sending email to them, including send email to newspaper and keep rant and rant.

if you have more time, you can cut the newspaper, scan it, then send it as attachment to their rant email.

and i hope, you will get the rebate ASAP.
