Hello everyone, I'm not sure where should I address my problems. my home, at quite kampung state, used 512kbps streamyx (yeah, little bit slow, but when me or my siblings are away, my parents didn't used much of internet, so, 512kbps is plenty), currently, the connection is really slow, but upload speed is okok
recent speedtest using streamyx speedometer,

- Download Speed:24 kbps (3 KB/sec transfer rate)
- Upload Speed:174 kbps (22 KB/sec transfer rate)

This problems actually reoccurs 4-5 times per months, sometimes stretch over a week of slow connection. Already called TM, as usual, technical team should come, maybe they'll come tomorrow, but I know this will happen again. no problem in our phone land line.

is it our modem?(using TM's innacom) I once told my father their failure to provide us stable speed can be addressed to SKMM(MCMC) or Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia. because the speed is not at least 3/4 of the promised, we can refuse to pay also

anybody can suggest me what should I try? I already called TM 100 line, they'll send technical support in 24 hours, but I don't actually trust the problem will stop here. last time they send a technical officer to our house to fix is february or march (well, not really fix, dunno how they come, restart modem, ok already)
