but everytime i call i just say i've done all that before i called you
even if they insist, i just say "done" right after they read the task i must do to troubleshoot.
you can even try to say the task urself before they ask you to do tht.
eg, ya i've flush my dns "ipconfig /flushdns", im using/created a new dailer to connect, i've restart my modem for 99times, i've upgrade to latest firmware, i've go to tmnet speedtest the speed is blah blah.
