the download is SLOW, but the UPLOAD is faster

tried doing speedometer and downloading gunbound, still around 20kb/s only

even my SNR margins are little for upload and download, should complain anot?

this is a miscapped case, just call 1300889515 and tell them, i think there's already a topic on this
