Previously using 1mb connection, with 2048kbps/512kbps (downstream/upstream).. i manage to get up to 1707kbps (213kB/s) download speed. (Super amazing, but only once in a while)

then because of the tempting super upgrade deal.. i decide to upgrade to 2mb with the expectation the download speed will get to at least 2560kbps (250kB/s).

yesterday i just upgrade my line from 1mb to 2mb, router diagnose shown is (downstream/upstream) 3072 kbps/512kbps. BUT the download speed i'm getting is sligthly LOWER- around 1600kbps (200kB/s)!!!! if the result is like this than i better stick to 1mb.

can i ask the technician to upgrade the capped port to 4096kbps? I know the speed can go higher.
