Hi all , need help here ....

I applied Streamyx on 25th February , and registration success on 27th Feb . And then I received my Streamyx All-In-Box package on 3rd March , then I tried to set up connection , but I failed .

1st : In Network Connection in Control Panel , I set up a Broadband dial up , with correct username and passport , but fail to connect .
2nd : I ran the Streamyx Installer 3.0 CD in my laptop , everything went smooth but it then stopped at step 4 saying that fail to build up a dialer , with a error code S04E01 .

I can sure that all cables ( RJ11 & RJ45 ) is connected correctly , the DSL light is on and not blinking .

Anyone can help ?

Dear all , need help again .....
My laptop can dialup the Streamyx to surf internet in my house , but my wife's laptop can not dial up , although once successfully dial-up , still can not access any web page . Mine is using Win XP , my wife is using Win XP Pro . I have checked the Streamyx connection setting for both laptops is same .
Anyone knows how to solve this problem ?
