Last month i upgrade my streamyx package from 1MB to 4MB. Technician came to my house and check whether my place supported to get 4MB. He said it is ok. I can get 4MB after 24hrs. 24hrs later, i'll check with speedtest.net. My speed still the same. Went to the TMPOINT in kelana jaya to confirm whether my application to 4MB complete. The lady said yes. Then i call the technician again asking why my speed was still the same? He told me he's already sent two report to the TM. Ask me to check again soon. Went back home still the same. I called the tech again. Didn't pick up. Called many times still no answer. I sent sms no reply. Then started to pissed off. Sent an angry sms. Then he replied me asked to check my connection again. Check then only upgrade but not 4MB. It is 3MB. Miscapped!! Will make their life hard after this. Plan to follow up again tommorow.
