Feedback on cyanofree. Very smooth rom.  Overall is very good except.  Battery life is not good.
Reflash back to 19.
Will do the testing and update.

Added on April 28, 2012, 3:17 pmI will monitor the 19 battery performance again.
By the way I was thinking of testing back the gb 2.3.6 lc2.
Correct me if I am wrong, basically I need to flash backusing Odin right?
*
Erm if I am not mistaken

If u did a GB nandroid backup:

1.Boot into CWM Recovery and flash Abyss Kernel 3.9 or 4.2
2.Go Advanced and select Reboot Recovery
3.Restore nandroid backup

If u didnt do a GB nandroid backup:

1.Flash GB rom using PC Odin

QUOTE(h11g @ Apr 28 2012, 03:24 PM)
in your case i suggest you to do a full clean install. Meaning flashing back to a original GB rom and gain root

then flash ics repack using mobile odin

then only flash alba v3.
bro try stunner 26.1

just flashed it and i feel that it is very smooth and no major issues thus far.
*
Erm I suggest holding back from flashing to 1.4.26.1 as many user complained battery drain fast.Uncle Benny tested it and says that it drains his battery too.Although this may not happen to everyone but I suggest if u wan to try Stunner, flash 1.4.19 instead.

Erm u can try Dr.Ketan's rooting guide. This 1 requires u to downgrade then only root

http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment...=1&d=1331916742

or here. This 1 can direct root.

Means your battery is not on direct usage from 100 > 14 for 2days straight. You charge your phone in the middle right?

So the 2d 0h 18m stat is the period of your phone running without reboot /restart. Correct me if i'm wrong.
*
Erm I tranfer some files in between using Usb cable.Mayb tat time got charge a bit.But it's not very long.Minus that...mayb 1 day and 18-20 hours sweat.gif

Hmm nevermind.I will post another screenshot again without bump charge.Usually if juz minimal whatsapp, sms, phone call and browsing can reach >2 days biggrin.gif

Stunner v1.4.19 bro. I think AOKP really suit me. Cannot change back to touchwiz even if its themed lol. Its like we never turn back to smaller size phone after using Gnote, the same feeling for me with AOKP & touchwiz. sweat.gif
*
Yea!Agree!!Can never used anything smaller than 5.3" anymore thumbup.gif And same as u,I prefer AOKP more than TouchWiz...but like that will lose out Spen features sad.gif

The only SPen function that did not work is hold > printscreen & double tap > SMemo right? Luckily we still can use the SPen for writting & drawing, so the pen is not entirely useless with AOKP rom. sweat.gif
*
True, but we've lost S-memo and S-note as well.Although there's replacement for it but still not as good as them laugh.gif

QUOTE(-Franc- @ Apr 29 2012, 03:24 PM)
if SPen completely useless, i think i still get stunner  sweat.gif
coz i not remember when is the last time i hold my SPen
maybe last 2 weeks because of Draw Something  tongue.gif
*
Haha it seems like I am not the only 1 who uses the pen to play Draw Something laugh.gif Rarely used it to take notes as I felt that paper and pen is still much more faster

Would like to hear comments bout this phone guys wink.gif

Note has a bigger screen and it comes with S-pen.But u should go and try the unit urself. Not everyone likes big screen laugh.gif though once u used it,u will never go back to anything that belows 5.3" laugh.gif

Allright, and asking for the data services, averagely speaking, does 300mb per week is sufficient enough for you guys?

Or which plan are you guys currently using? Prepaid/Postpaid?
*
Erm 300MB is not enough for me,I used around 600-700MB per month.Currently using U-mobile 28 laugh.gif

QUOTE(dino89 @ Apr 29 2012, 05:48 PM)
Sifus, i wanna ask do you put screen protector for ur G Note? does it affect the S pen sensitivity? Cos my screen protector tend to form bubbles underneath when using the S pen den make it not accurate d
*
Using XO skin. It's very clear and anti-fingerprint but I have to admit it reduces the S-pen sensitivity.Haha but I guess it's okay for me since I dont use the S-pen much tongue.gif

QUOTE(sHawTY @ Apr 29 2012, 05:58 PM)
100% true.
The first smartphone I've ever used is Xperia X1i, at that time, I already feel the 3.2" screen is big & I loved it.
Then I moved to Desire, the screen grows a little bit more to 3.7" & I loved it too.
Then finally, I bought a G Note and now I feel my old Desire screen is too small. tongue.gif

Only going up,not going down I guess tongue.gif

I prefer buying screen protector from this forum rather than shop. Usually can get <RM20 for the same product. Anyway, I didnt use screen protector for my Note since it's gorilla wink.gif so for no scratch.

Since the key cant scratch it. why bother with screen protector? And if u drop the phone from high ground, even the screen protector cant save ur screen. Which kind of pointless. Any opinion?
