that road is meant to be one-way but some idiots still drive thru against the traffic flow and furthermore since giant implemented parking fees since 1/10/13 many opt to park outside and double park resulting road getting congested.

but but but I don't see why we need police presence for these people to follow the traffic rules. Its the same further down the road in front of Al-Rajhi Bank or even at the secret recipe road, some idiotic morons are going against the traffic
