Actually I got tot of buka a McD at TheCube, 2.5 yrs back.

Back then, McD franchise says they prefer to have drive thru + 24 hrs and eventually they will quit all shopping mall. Shopping mall high rental, no drive thru, no 24 hrs.

However, the requirement is you have to own the land and huge sum to startup. The Cube easily requires 7M+ building+ 4M reno.. so at the end, tak jadi.



But good lah, now I got a new McD to hang out. haha

Their staff are super efficient. In one ocassion where we managed to get the last vacant table, and after we had ordered our dishes, the first dish was served while we were still cleaning the tea cups.. It was like less than 6 minutes from the time they took our order

They won't allow such competition 1 lah. Look bad if 1 of them close.

I don't see the cube there got a lot of parking. If that place fully operate, the parking space definitely not enough.
