ioi new wing still very new and basemen drainage system maintain well, no flood issue for basement parking.... yesterday incident very clear are 2 parties to blame:

1. Littrak as u can see only the LDP new road side immerse in water, proof that the drainage system fail, the permanent concrate divider build all the way along the road without a drain hole opening cause the water not draining to other side of draining system, all water only flow to one side of drain and when the existing drain can't coupe up the volume it over flow, previosly opening drain was covered under the road and it has change from streight to curve due to wider the road it slow down the drain water flowing.

2. IOI old wings immerse in water cleaely the MRCB LRT project are pilling and blocking the drain infront of the car park area and cause the flash down pour not draining and flooded the mall ground floor.

The ramp go into the persiaran wawasan and U turn back down to the setia walk.
