PM: Police motorcycle patrol launched to help reduce crime

"KUALA LUMPUR: The police motorcycle patrol has been implemented earlier to cut crime as well as to help narrow the public perception gap despite the lower national crime index, said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

“To further show our seriousness and commitment in fighting crime, we are launching the police motorcycle patrol today involving 560 motocycles to be used for patrols in housing estates which will cover four states, 20 districts and 49 housing areas,” he said when launching the police motorcycle unit in conjunction with the United Against Crime police community programme at Bandar Kinrara here on Wednesday."

The whole group was "rempit-ing" at 6:30pm after the event ended... Cause massive jam at the Kinrara fly-over with the double-parking.

Very small school and only one block right below the foot of the landslide area last year?  During last year landslide, I read somewhere in this thread ppl said proposed Chinese school  hmm.gif  but this is so small.. Or is it the relocation of the Castlefield Tamil school for the LRT project  hmm.gif
*
Very small school indeed... i saw there's a signage when I drove pass... those "tangan gatal" can open to see the actual school name on the main entrance.

Actually I find Cheras and Puchong better than PJ and Subang Jaya in terms of traffic.  IN the latter two places, there are traffic lights every where and half the time driving around there, I find myself waiting behind a red light.

+100 ... the USJ traffic lights are crazy.

Don't understand why the beginning of this year, the jam is so worst. This is only january. rclxub.gif

Last year is not that bad the jam. Is Malaysia economy booming?
*
Each new year, new students enter Year 1 and add more new women drivers (i.e. mothers) on the road.
These new drivers are slow, which creates a ripple effect to the whole traffic situation.
