I still remember very early where Puchong jaya first develope. Even PBP still is a rubber tree. It is pain in the ass just to drive from old Klang road till the everyday food court point. It can take as long as 1hr.

Can see those mining area around ioi mall all the way to tesco. And some area like LDP is reclaim mining land. The most dangerous place is around the ioi business park, 1puchong and the LDP around Chevrolet showroom. Sink hole and land slide happen before. People get kill too.

The whole old Puchong road around front ioi business park gone. I remember I have to drive into Puchong jaya and came out from 1 Puchong road back to old Puchong road. That time the area still have many kampung house.

1puchong area is a valley area last time. And the water flow from the pbp hill side toward this area. Than flow to the mining lake opposite LDP road. This LDP road have been sink before due to the idiot developer block the water flow under the road. So those who know the pass history of this area won't buy the 1puchong shop lot. Knowing it will crack after sometime.

I think the freehold and leasehold is not related to land condition. Once this guy told me, land near or in town/city is leasehold. Away from town/city have freehold. Those freehold in town/city is old way before town develope. And this ppl are lucky still holding the freehold property. He is a property adjustor (something like that) who value the property for bank.

Mining land still can be stay. Provided how to reclaim the land and need time to let the land settle.

Ioi mall before renovate way back to early 20's have a lot of crack here and there. Anyone can easily see the crack when pass by the mall from the LDP.

I saw the food court give half of it outdoor place out. Than 2 container like office at the side. Something happen.

Always heard BP9 get rob. Black area.

BP9 is the easy target and good income for the robbers. Just go in and rob anyone of the house will get a good fortune. Cause all the BP9 is rich people.

Now puchong transform to high class area liau. Even a small land is a golden land.

Those apartment behind the setiawalk, is using 1 big water filter for the whole apartment. The waterfilter is just beside the guard house. Maybe you can go have a look and suggest to your management.

This probably come from the after filter piping. I guess your apartment is using GI pipe. Which will rust after a yrs. my house is also using GI pipe. Even putting a filter outside, the rust still there. Got to install another filter for the kitchen pipe. The rest don't bother.

This is normal for an old house. The only way is change the piping to polypipe or ss pipe from the meter to tank and kitchen. While PVC pipe for the rest. Put a rocket filter outside. You will have a clean water.
