Yes, but not just behind the bomba, it looks like its that whole strip of land. I know they're going to start work on the U-turn ramp, but the scale of the clearing is definitely beyond the scope of just the ramp.
The land is for townhouse. At the end toward 1puchong side is a condo. But wawasan people object the condo development. Here the plan - 30 units of 4 storey Villa (Townhouse)
1 Block of 22 storey Condominium with 316 units
In total there are 346 units

2) IRDK will redraw the layout plan so that the condo Ingress/Engress to be on the north side via Food court /car wash area.
3) IRDK will acquire part of the land which SetiaWalk currently located to build a multi storey carpark. This carpark will eventually
be handed over to MPSJ
4) IRDK will undertake to remediate the probemmatic IWK sewage plant behind Bomba.
In view of the above, we still feel that we need to raise our concerns with regards to the traffic and others as per attached letter.
We have submitted the letter to MPSJ on the 5th of June 2012.
