The land is for townhouse. At the end toward 1puchong side is a condo. But wawasan people object the condo development. Here the plan -

30 units of 4 storey Villa (Townhouse)
1 Block of 22 storey Condominium with 316 units
In total there are 346 units

Than after some objection and discussion and protest bla bla bla, the plan become,

Believed is a loophole for a mixed development of high and low density, the development is loop sided.

MPSJ also impose the following conditions to IRDK :-
1) The developer, IRDK has to submit a traffic impact assesment report (TIA) to both MPSJ and RA. - so far we have not received anything.
2) IRDK will redraw the layout plan so that the condo Ingress/Engress to be on the north side via Food court /car wash area.
3) IRDK will acquire part of the land which SetiaWalk currently located to build a multi storey carpark. This carpark will eventually
    be handed over to MPSJ
4) IRDK will undertake to remediate the probemmatic IWK sewage plant behind Bomba.

In view of the above, we still feel  that we need to raise our concerns with regards to the traffic and others as per attached letter.
We have submitted the letter to MPSJ on the 5th of June 2012.

Refer to the attached, our letter to MPSJ, development layout plan, some photos for more details.
The plan will still continue with some MPSJ impose some bla bla bla storey and the road sturdy. I have full set of this meeting and plan detail from beginning till the last I received back to last yrs. Don't no what will going be like with such the pack space and current traffic condition. sweat.gif

Good if Bt.14 able to take some of the traffic from golden area.

This golden area got to tone down. It already cannot cope with the traffic. Cannot breath anymore.

Walau unker, your side already got jusco, tesco and don't no what name cheap mart across the LDP. Still 1 to go that far for shopping.

Every weekend I go giant subway breakfast. Since it need parking charge, I stop going liau. Look. For setiawalk subway.

Not sure it is a good place. I see some parking space problem. It is better for Mcd to have it own land and building opposite the cube.

I don't see the cube there got a lot of parking. If that place fully operate, the parking space definitely not enough.

Quit shopping mall? Try ask them quit the mega mall side. See they stupid enough or not.

But at the curve, damansara, the mcd quit the land base building beside ikea. And move into the curve shopping mall.? hmm.gif

Weekend morning go there 88. But the drive thru seems not ready yet?

I doubt the parking is enough. Once all the building occupy, triple park also not enough.
