Except Epyon's hands have a peg that holds his sword with no problem. I shouldn't need to use a wire that is a pain in the ass to twist and bend.

bro, same with me. i do think its a pain in the arse.
+ i really hates the new MG Wing EW Series manipulator.
then when gaogao duplicates it, it really does loves to pop out.

nothing is more annoying than trying to make WZC hold his beam rifles.. so i'm happy that they even included manipulators whistling.gif at least even if i want to glue the weapon, i have something to place it on, instead of it flying everywhere when i try to hold it in place

its really good practice.. and what u see from me is what someone with noob skills can do with the kit.. it really isn't as bad, it just requires a lot of patience, tender, love and care xD (a lot of glue helps too)
i just don't like it because its too big, pointlessly big, and expensive

GHD is much MUCH worse than this, i assure you.. i have the patience to go through TWO nighties but i have barely the patience to complete a HG from GHD
GHD is just that bad..

i advise you pick up a GHD HG or SD first, to see how terrible their quality really is.. loose joints, mismatching pegs.. you really have to trim and trim to make it even fit, it really is very taxing to make something from GHD look good..

here's something to show you how bad it really is.. here's a 'review' of the MG Freedom

You're doing it wrong! doh.gif

If you're not confident in your gunpla skills to do Nightingale, the LAST thing you want to do is buy a GHD kit. Just buy a TT Hongli/Daban/Dragon Momoko MG kit. All the kits are very cheap for the quality that you get.

Edit: To follow up with HxiiiK's video, here is the same reviewer tackling the GHD SD Unicorn Gundam:

actually i've bought about 8 GHD NG model but that is 7-8 years ago. not knowing how the quality is. at that time, skills are supernoob. all the models are terrible except for blitz gundam. quality are ok compared to other especially heavyarms. the plastic are thin and easy to brake. after a period of time, white color will turn yellowish.

well, after all that experience, still wanna try their PG Strike. hoping the quality will be better this time. i guess i'm wrong

the last thing you want to get is a PG from them.. like taurus said, if you don't feel confident with getting a nighty, do not get a GHD as they're much much worse.. unless you can pour a lot of time and effort into them, they will just end up in the tong sampah

Prime92 says it's from company "GD" in the video. Take note how in the GHD Freedom video you posted, the boxart has GD on it. Pretty sure GD and GHD are the same, given the crappy quality of both kits.

i know GHD and Model GD are both the same company, however i think this Unicorn was from another 3rd party, i'm not quite sure.. i don't recall GHD ever making their own customs
