To the topic starter, don't make the specs different. Just put the graphic card or withOUT graphic card. that's all. Make sure you buy all the same things, maybe in future you are going to upgrade your cybercafe. Diskless, game server, etc. Think about future.. I believe your internet PC's won't have any trouble if don't have gpu installed on it. or you might replace em with HD5450 which cost your below RM 100 per unit.
