i got the Hobbywing 9T 35A Set and i was wondering if i could use a 60C Lipo with it?

Its always recommended to use higher C batteries than lower C ones. Nothing wrong with using 60C packs as long as you can afford them smile.gif

Whats your interest? Touring or drifting?

To me, its a safer bet to get a new but cheaper car first, then from there on, see if u like the hobby or not.

If you do, you may proceed to upgrade and maybe replace it for somethimg better when u have the funds
