hi guys, it's been a while since i followed JB news.

I wanna know, i wan to restore my iphone to iOS 5.0.1 which is current version. Is there a new way of doing it, or still using tinyumbrella?

I tried doing it last week, and keep getting error, code 1064 or something.

I've the SHSH saved in both my laptop and cydia. Pls advise if i did it wrongly notworthy.gif

1. plug to laptop
2. start tinyumbrella (i dl'ed the latest version), check with SHSH
3. Put into DFU mode
4. Start TSS server
5. Open itunes
6. Shift+restore and choose my ipsw.

if i not wrong, u need to SSH into your device right?

prolly can use ifunbox, same fungsi as SSH Terminal but i felt it's easier. plug in ipon and open ifunbox. kautim

locked set and updated to iOS 6? mostly likely he updated his baseband, which is irreversible. I'm not sure wat's the current method to fix this though
