my firend, u have not added any files to the PDA part of odin, so there is nothing for odin to do ler.u press start also sure nothing la since u didnt add the file~

u r in download mode right? its not stuck,its just that u cant do anything other than flash a kernel/ROM which will automatically reboot it, or long press on button to turn it off

rmb, CLICK the PDA button than a window will pop up. Choose the.TAR file u have downloaded, and click OK. then click START. Done!!

phone not connected to PC maybe? have u checked whether usb debugging is off or on?
its on developer options on the phone settings menu

which file u download? u using g version right?

u should have used the above .tar file to flash thru odin. after flashing that u can have both cwm and root. I really dunno how could you have bricked ur phone if u didnt flash other phones ROM/kernel

but of course the safest is what shizuru recommended...GB-5.0.2.8

to get into CWM on stock ROM without CWM app is a bit cumbersome. U need to off ur phone, then press home+ on+volume up. maybe u can try installing the oldy ROM manager available in play store to see wether it works. Or u can just flash a custom kernel with CWM available. just go explore those g version custom kernels

he say he doesnt have cwm, only got SU. maybe codeworkx didnt include ut? i dunno coz im using non-g.
even the kernel i am using now, abysskernel, doesnt have CWM, since he say it doesnt seem to be working well with his kernel~

Bro, u should heve first read all the comments in that thread(its like 6 pages only)
u cant flash it on stock ROm, it needs to be at least a DEODEXED stock ROM. I suggest u to download the latest version of deodexed stock ROM for g version, then flash that theme.

u cant just simply jump into something and install wei, almost for sure will run into problem

download one of these tar files and flash thru odin

stock sammy firmware ma, all sort of crap inside. but i dont think after flashing this u can call/sms. im not sure, but normally the csc thing needs to be a "world" compatible one. Im not sure about that, but whatever, at least with these u can get ur phone back alive, and then go flash a custom kernel(go find that mediafire link i posted a while back) and then flash superROM or whatver stuffs g version has to offer

yeah, but isnt codeworkx kernel very stock like? i mean like cf root?
btw, does CF root have usb storage
the reason i say that is bcoz even siyah kernel didnt have it earlier. after a few versions only he implemented it.

urs is Ori SME set? if the name is DXLP7, thats not malaysian one, long time available ready that one...

once u flash stock rom, ur phone will go back to how it was two days ago, no cwm, no root, whatever stuffs all gone, back to stock. then u need to flash custom kernel again

LP means ICS

u cant install the theme coz that stock ROM is not deodexed rom, u need deodexed version,btw, how u dl and flash thru odin so fast

and it seems to be for g version u need to deodex urself following the tutorial in xda, no one has done it and uploaded

mount usb storage very useful when u wanna format internal sd and dont have external SD
