Tired of waiting official ICS, any recommendation of stable ICS rom? I am going to root my phone tonight or tomorrow.

Please recommend me a stable ICS for daily usage =D

Tried another batterry d, I just left it on standby mode and it's off when I noticed. I was on LPQ CFRoot only. As no response even on USB, how to flash? Is it bricked?

wipe data, cache and dalvik cache

if you want to you can also wipe system. just make your your rom is in the sd and ready to flash.

Before I root, I would like to backup all my apps, apps data, any apps recommend for me to do this backup? Last time when using rooted phone i used titanium backup, but seems like cannot run properly without root access

try to start it without sim and sd card. if got jig see if can get into download mode. if all also cannot, have to go service center. no choice sound like hardware failure somewhere.

how to restore the apps after full wipe? u use TB or just restore from play store?

depends on you. technically the new li-ion batt doesnt need coz it doesnt have memory, only the old ni-ion needs. when i bought it i couldnt tahan and just played with it while charging.

kuek wipe data in recovery means full wipe. if you wipe and reflash, still cant, you try use titanium backup, go to the market app, click it, then click wipe data. if still cant, you try change your kernel

yes, make sure you download the correct cfroot for your firmware. just to confirm, you are using non g right?

Yes, mine is non g nod.gif

downloaded CF-Root-SGS2_DX_THL_KL3-v5.0-CWM5.zip

current phone kernel is, 2.6.35.7-I9100DXKL3-CL814816.........

SO i downloaded the correct cfroot right?

i know but i'm asking about malaysia's release coz indonesia has got the update edi so just wondering whether Malaysia really will get it in the near future or still far from reality coz it's been a really long time since the ICS has been rolled out by samsung
