Neutral? No such thing. It only happen in books we read. The system of democracy we practice is one of the bad ones. The law makers are also the ministers/cabinet or the executive who runs the countries. They decides and apporves not only the laws but also how to execute it and since they are the bosses (PM and ministers) of government administration they decide/appoint the people they like to run the ministries. If you dont follow what is told you are finished and go into retirement soon or you never get promoted. And worst happened when the judiciary power and appointment also by them since our Dr M's time. He did many good things and left some bad things for us. During his time he want more control but when he left these things stay and dont go away with him.

Now you see we just had bersih 3. The main papers reports are mostly bias. Look at the Star. The power they have over media. And if we talk too much about this Lowyat forum can also kena!!! I dont buy and read the Star anymore. The Sun reports were also bias nowsaday.
