How to disable the Download Manager in IE9?

Hi all, how do I disable the Download Manager in IE9 ?
Im currently on IE9 and using my xunlei as default download, but xunlei just wont pop-up even though i set it as default. IE9 download are real damn slow.. I need a solution to disable it..been search around the net and cant find any solution. Ps: Dont ask me to change my browser Don ask me to change to other downloader. Thanks |

You can disable the download manager.

check xunlei plugin was there inside IE or not..
