Kentz is seriously NUMBER ONE in:
1) Service (through out the whole process)
-Polite, constant & quick advice, feedback and follow ups.
Through out the process, it was obvious that he was sincerely concerned about my happiness with
the design. There were follow ups on EVERYTHING, even after delivery. Basically from the first question you ask him,
right up to AFTER delivery, he's there to help you out - proactively! Rarely see this high quality of service.
2) Design skills (and patient even with repetitive changes!)
- I'm really bad at this, so he did the designs, based on what I described + showed him and advised me on many design aspects.
Also made many changes again and again until I was happy.
3) Speed
- This is equally impressive. Every change that I requested/question that I asked, will be replied within 6~12hrs.
Despite my many changes, he still managed to get it done, send me pictures of it and DELIVER AHEAD OF TIME!
That was very impressive!
4) Pricing
- Very happy with the pricing. Bro, I think you should also provide another premium service package. You have the skills
in terms of service which I doubt many can match.
