Kentz is remarkable printing service available.
I found out my batch of business cards have very minor defect.
I highlighted it but mentioned i dont need replacement for it.
However Kentz insisted of reprinting all of it FOC.

Very responsible service provider, definitely will use his service for more printings

Kentz's service is polite, provide design,
But unfortunately still not that professional.

Slow dragging quotation. Takes days for feedback, no follow up.
Even though his work is cheaper, after this, I would not highly recommend.

Very much appreciate your compliment and thank you for your comment.

However, please be responsible for your words as well.
Your order is not a normal ordinary order, like those stated above.
Your order require very custom triangle cut upon your card which require custom die-cut quotation which will takes up several working days.
I've acknowledge that it might take some time and your urgentness in needing the card, I had already suggested you to print in other Digital Print shop which can get the job done faster.
In addition, I've even provided you the AI original artwork of your card to you so that you doesn't need new print shop to redraw your artwork.

All customized quotation like yours require a standard procedure of submitting quotation and report waiting before we could proceed.
I did let you know that there is other faster alternative which you could follow but you seems to ignore that information I provided and blame on me for slow now.
The new quotation report is passed to me only this evening, which only cuts down the previous price by around rm20, but I see you might find a better printing service now.

We are much appreciate your time to comment with us and we will try our best to provide better services from time to time.
