Details of the complaint : SCAM!!!! Call no answering, Send SMS and PM also no reply at all

- I order 2 box of Spot UV namecard from the seller
- Seller send PM and confirm my order and ask me to made payment to his account as show below

- I made payment to his PublicBank on the next day after he confirm my order.
- He contact me regarding the artwork and pre-detailing how i gonna print.
- When i contact him 2 times regarding the artwork i send via email, he got answer my call without delay.
- The last call was 27 March 2012 to ask, when the namecard printing should be completed and send to my door step. He say within 5day ...then is okie!

- I call but no answering since my last call on 27 march 2012, then i sms the seller to ask the status, but got no reply at all.
i though he might be busy of his work, then nevermind, he should be miss out my sms, then i try to send PM from LYN, but no reply after the next day
- When i see his profile online status, he was online all the day, but didnt response to my PM and keep ignore my call!

09 April 2012- A week after received seller sms, i try to contact the seller, but the seller didnt even answering at all, try 3 times from afternoon till evening, also didnt answering !!!!!
Until today from the date i post this, i still cant contact the seller to ask what happening to my namecard!! This irresponsible seller keep ignore my call and sms.
Hello winterkaikai!! if you wanna continue your business, you should answer your customer call or reply them at first priority, and let the customer know if you encounter some technical problem or watsoever and not just ignore and act nothing happen.
Please refund my money back if you couldn't able to do the job!!

Until today, he still havent reply any single sms to me, call him still didnt pickup at all....
