Pass by these few days just saw worker baju hanging there only, no people do work. lol.. euqipment at there all nobody touch punya.. loll.. dont think can complete by end of 2018

yaaa if sue the developer company just declare bankrupt, then buyer in the end lose because the company bankrupt but not them bankrupt. haha bankrupt also got loop hole punya, they still freely with loads of money just only company 0 money. haha so they less one burden "the mark" , and they are more than willing to be happy.

the only reason why the are not declaring bankruptcy is because want to maintain their reputation at the moment thats what it seems..

The Mark cheras is almost 6 month no progression, in the midst of being declared PROJEK TERBELANGKAI

Sad sad day for all of the buyers.

So owner have to pay above 1k at least every month for nothing, until some hero without cape take over this project and finish it off. Pretty sure many will forfeit their payment to bank and fock up their credit score thus affect them on their next purchase, as well as orealdy taken out one slot for residential unit. Not easy to buy property nowadays uh.
