Shipping, logistics and tax I can understand. Rent + facility bill + portion of salary, I'd need to say that is a terrible justification. That translates to the retailer/distributor buying retail off the country of origin, then topping off that amount to earn (gee, I wonder how then shops in the country of origin survives selling retail prices then).
In that case why bother being a retailer/distributor or even bother selling that product in the first place, I'd even go further to question any distributors who say that if they are the official channels of the brand.
