About the CPU-Z voltage reading, I think it is the CPU-Z problem instead of the mobo bios.
Newer version CPU-Z might be able to pick up the right voltage.

Z77M-D3H no Vcore setting as per Manual (page 40 - only DRAM voltage).
Btw,
here is new F7.

For Gigabyte Z77M(H) series and I beleive also Asus (and others low cost boards),NO Vcore are implemented in the BIOS. nod.gif

However,
I can do modified BIOS from Z77-D3H, (which have Vcore in BIOS) to flash your Z77M-D3H.
Atm,
I running BIOS for UD3H/UD5H on my mobo D3H.

For H77 series, yes, I can understand it doesn't need vcore.
But it's a bit no brainer to leave out vcore option in Z77 mobo.

I would be grateful if you could make me one customized bios.  notworthy.gif

OK,
here is latest BIOS F13 for Z77-D3H, modified to be flash only for Z77M-D3H:
http://www.mediafire.com/?77baa5khd9pwwvb

Flash either with QFlash (prefered) or any GB flashing tools
BIOS,CPU-Z,ET6 and another software will show Z77-D3H.

Let me know (supose to have Vcore in BIOS).

Hi guys,anybody with Gigabyte Z68P-DS3 rev.2 or Z68AP-D3 (rev.2) and Ivy Brigde K-series?

Here is test Z68 AMI BIOS with unlocked multi for Ivy K-series (instruction how to flash included):

Z68P-DS3 (rev.2) - UA4

- 04.May 12

Z68AP-D3 (rev.2) - UA4

- 03.May 12

You MUST use FLASHEFI included in the file and type proper commands in DOS with Bootable USB Flash Drive to flash.
May need to use /Z or /X switches still, sometimes had to use with SPIFlash (Letter case matters too, so may need to try /Z or /z, ect).
http://forums.tweaktown.com/gigabyte/27576...lash-guide.html

This special FLASHEFI is for all Z68 motherboards,to be flashed with AMI BIOS,as all will get new BIOS ID code.
Good luck!

Feedback welcome.

What ver.CPU-Z you have?
Try ET6 and what is in BIOS ("MIT" and "PC Healt Status")?.
Did you "Load Optimized Defaults" after flashing?

My Vcore is OK with any modded BIOS.
