want to ask is idle vcore 0.84 too low?

today when im testing my pc to stream and game at the same time, i always tot my pc very stable edi, suddenly BSOD.

my vcore in cpuz is 1.20 in CPUZ when full load 100%, overclocked to 4.3ghz.

my offset is set to -0.08. does this mean my cpu need more vcore tats why it crashed?

if yes then should i reduce the offset more to like -0.075, 0.07? is theory correct?

idle temp 39-42

load temp 84-89.

is this normal? cooling under hyper 212+

should i resit or anything? my room temp is kinda high though. (malaysia ._.) no aircond
