CPU on idle.

Intel new user here. So might take time. Few questions:
-BCLK default is 103. Should I change to 100?
-CPU voltage I set to manual but CPU manual voltage is auto. Do I need to set both voltage the same?
-AI Overclock tuner is manual.
-EPU Power saving mode is disabled.

My question is how come cpuz show as above? Shouldn't it show:
-Multiplier x41 as I set.
-Bus speed is 103
However, it is multiplier x41 during stress test. Is it normal like this for Intel cpu to downclock it self during idle?

It is normal. You let the BIOS overclock for you so expecting the auto settings might overshoot the vCore for you.
You can try set lower vCore manually, like 1.05-1.15v. Test stability.
4.5GHz @ 1.31v is pretty much similar to average chips.
Besides different chip has different VID, different mobo also will affect this.
Like ASrock OC Formula is 0.05v lower than Asus ROG boards.
At stock your CPU is working fine so I don't think RMA is acceptable.

Realtek. this is so annoying. been googling it up and found got few other similar cases, they end up RMA'ing the board.

Any of u got solution to that? not a good time for me to RMA the board. lazy to wait
