for some reasons, i believe this one is not cherry pick. maybe just lucky..or ES maybe
for some reason i think 3770K will behave like this.not sure tho.

checked using DMM, the voltage is 1.141v.

Tried under water, dont think its possible for daily usage. above 4.6ghz the vcore is insane already.
but frankly i never try above 4.7ghz..
